1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to the website located at nodebeaconbase.click and the technical advisory, query tuning, and database optimization consulting services provided by Nodebeaconbase ("we", "us", or "our"), having its registered office at Yijun Zhang, No.39, Sec 4, Xinyi Rd, Sanchong District, New Taipei City, 241. By accessing this website or engaging our consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Scope of Consulting Services

Nodebeaconbase provides professional technical advisory services including, but not limited to, relational database query optimization, execution plan analysis, index restructuring, and storage partitioning strategies. All consulting engagements are performed on an advisory basis in accordance with mutually agreed statement of work (SOW) documents or written diagnostic briefs.

3. Client Telemetry & Non-Intrusive Access

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all database telemetry, query execution logs, or staging replicas provided to us for performance analysis comply with applicable data protection laws. Clients must not share unmasked Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or production master write credentials unless explicitly arranged under a specialized mutual non-disclosure agreement (NDA).

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All original software scripts, custom database migration procedures, and technical playbooks delivered to the client as part of a paid consulting engagement become the property of the client upon receipt of full payment. General diagnostic methodologies, analytical tools, published articles, and website design assets remain the intellectual property of Nodebeaconbase.

5. Limitation of Liability

While our recommendations are crafted based on extensive database engineering expertise and staging benchmark verifications, Nodebeaconbase shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from production changes executed by the client without adequate staging verification or backup procedures.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any contractual agreements between the parties shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Taipei City, Taiwan.
